The aroma alone was enough to make me want more! The broth is rich and deeply flavorful, clearly simmered for hours to perfection. “ I have been to a lot Pho places and I can say that this is one of the best ones. Food, presentation, and service are all excellent. The restaurant has a very premium feel, and great thought was done to get that aesthetic. Branding and marketing were also all on point. The printed menu is well designed. Even the chopsticks were not one of those cheap kinds with the white packaging. The place was packed when we came, which was just a few minutes before 1 pm on a Sunday. Our group of 6 people had to wait a short while maybe 5-10 minutes before we were seated. We were able to sample one of the specialty dishes S4: Bun Bo Hue Ðac Biet (Hue style beef special, crab cake, plus a lot of other meat dishes with vermicelli soup) and a vermicelli dish 49: Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio Tom (Grilled pork, spring rolls, and shrimp on sugarcane). Both of the orders were huge, with ample food variety to pick out and keep busy. The specialty dish, in addition to the beef and crab cake, also has homemade sausage, rare beef, beef shank muscle, ham hock, and blood pudding. We were not able to try any of their rice dishes, but I am sure they would be equally as delectable. This place was a recommendation by a Vietnamese friend who has been to other branches, and I can see why it was. I can see the high standards kept to maintain the dining experience. I can see myself surely coming back to try other branches and the other dishes. ”

“ I really enjoyed lunch here with my parents. Upon walking in, you immediately appreciate who beautiful it is designed with the lanterns and flowers hanging from the ceiling and walls. The high ceilings make it extremely comfortable to dine in. The menu has all the classic Vietnamese staples, and everything we tried was spot on. My parents went with the beef pho, while I had the mango salad with shrimp. We also shared a plate of fresh rolls and fried spring rolls to start. Everything was delicious. The pho broth was clean, fragrant, and full of herbal depth - exactly how it should be. The beef was tenderloin, and clearly good quality. My mango salad was super fresh with just the right balance of tang and tartness, and the shrimp was perfectly grilled. Both types of rolls were satisfying and well-prepared. Portions were generous and prices very reasonable, which makes this spot a great value. I’ll definitely be back soon to explore more of the menu. ”
